Schecter Diamond Series MV-6 Super Sonic Blue, No Case Near Mint

This Schecter Diamond Series MV-6 is an near mint example in Super Sonic Blue. This resonant axe comes in at 7 lbs 7 oz.  The woods: basswood body paired with a maple neck and maple fretboard at 25.5" scale.  The result is a bright, articulate voice with good note definition and a tight low end.  The slim neck profile and low action make for easy playability..

The guitar is a cool twist on the Strat.  The maple fretboard has aluminum offset circle inlays and 24 X-Jumbo frets on a 14" radius. Nut width is 1.65" and neck thickness runs .77" at the 1st fret and .86" at the 12th. The bridge is a Schecter 2-point floating tremolo system with stainless steel individual saddles, and tuners are Schecter locking units — both original and in near-mint condition. The nut is a Graph Tech XL Ivory TUSQ. The pickguard is mint-colored, original, and in excellent condition. The pickup configuration is three Schecter Diamond 351 single-coil pickups routed through a modified "HS" wiring setup on a 5-way blade switch: neck reads 6.18k, middle reads 6.52k, and the bridge reads 6.24k in single-coil mode and 14.72k engaged as a humbucker. All electronics are original and unmodified. Knobs and pickup covers are creme throughout. The finish is original and in near-mint condition.

There are no repairs, changes, or issues with this instrument. Frets are in excellent condition. We set the guitar up here in the shop with the action at 2/32" on the 1st string and 2/32" on the 6th string at the 12th fret, strung with 10-46 gauge strings. No case is included.
