Fender Harvard 5F10 1958
$5,895.00No sales tax for customers outside California.
This Harvard has seen the bench, making it more affordable. The prices for an original example in excellent condition have reached $10K, leading most tweed models thanks to the incredible sound these amps produce. This amp meets the tonal legacy.
Changes include a replaced output transformer. The replacement model number is 022640, most often seen in Deluxe amps. This one is a 1966 with the code 606-6-02.
The speaker is a 1990s Eminence blue-frame AlNiCo, the one used in the Bassman reissues of the era, known as a great sounding speaker. The speaker was presumably updated at the same time.
Beneficial maintenance has been performed. The power cable has been correctly updated to a grounded one. The filter caps have been replaced.
The original Astron caps are there, likely a contributor to the killer tone we're getting from this beast. The power transformer is original, a Triad.
The tweed is original, as is the grille cloth. The masking tape bearing the name Lily, seen in most Harvard amps from the era.
Yes, the output transformer is changed, but we guarantee you will not be at all disappointed in this amp!
