The Marshall 2525H Studio Jubilee is a 20-watt EL34-powered head built to capture the character of the original 1987 Silver Jubilee circuit. Two EL34s driven by three ECC83 preamp tubes, delivering the classic mid-forward, harmonically saturated British tone that defined the Jubilee line. At 20 watts it breaks up earlier than its full-power siblings without sacrificing headroom entirely, making it practical for stage and studio use. This example is in excellent condition throughout — tolex, grille cloth, chassis, and all hardware present clean with no signs of meaningful wear.
Marshall introduced the Studio Jubilee 2525H in 2016 as part of a broader reissue of the celebrated 1987 Silver Jubilee series, originally released in 1987 to mark the 25th anniversary of Marshall Amplification. The Jubilee circuit has long been associated with the gain structure of a modded plexi. The 2525H scales that platform down to 20 watts while retaining the two-channel layout, half-power switch, and the silver weave grille cloth and black tolex cosmetics that identify the Jubilee lineage. This unit dates to 2023 per its serial number, placing it among the later production examples of the reissue run.
There are no issues to report on this amplifier. We tested all the tubes to make sure you are good to go when you receive the amp. The cabinet is original, and shows no rash or structural damage. The black tolex is clean and the silver weave grille is intact with no tears or staining. The chassis is all original with no internal repairs, modifications, or component changes — filter caps are original, all potentiometers are original, and all three transformers are original to the unit. Power tubes are Marshall-branded EL34s, preamp tubes are Marshall-branded ECC83s. No cover, documentation, or accessories are included.

Shipping Policy
By completing your purchase you are agreeing to this shipping policy. Shipments require signature on delivery, no exceptions. Less than 1% of our shipments are damaged in transit, and we are committed to making sure your item arrives safely. If there is damage, retain all packing materials intact, photograph them immediately, and send the photos to sales@maharsvintageguitars.com.
Amplifiers: We take additional precautions to prevent common shipping damage. Depending on the amp, this may include removing tubes, pulling the chassis from the cabinet if heavy transformers present a drop risk, or removing heavy speakers that could crack baffles in transit. Reassembly is required on delivery — we label everything clearly. These measures add to shipping costs but reflect hard-won experience. Vintage amplifiers (20 years or older) are sold as-is — all amps are tested in our shop upon intake and again before shipping. We cover shipping damage but cannot be responsible for the failure of vintage components in instruments that are 20 to 50-plus years old.
