Magnatone Starlite Reverb 10 w/ Paperwork, Near Mint

This Magnatone Starlite Reverb 10 is a near mint example. This is a compact but incredibly capable 8-watt combo built around a single 10" Magnatone Custom ceramic magnet speaker made by WGS in the USA. The single 6L6 power tube configuration lends headroom and a fuller low-midrange character relative to what a smaller output tube would deliver at this wattage.

The Starlite Reverb 10 is a modern-production Magnatone combo that revives the brand's 1950s and 60s design. The cabinet is covered in original brown tolex with a textured speaker grille accented with vertical gold stripes and sparkle threading. Onboard reverb is provided by an Accutronics Digi-Log spring-style unit. We cleaned the pots and tube sockets prior to testing the tubes. The leather handle carries the Magnatone logo and is original. 

There are no repairs, changes, or issues with this amplifier. The cabinet, grille, baffle, and chassis are all in near-mint condition. This amp ships with a Certificate of Authenticity and hang tag.

Amplifiers: We take additional precautions to prevent common shipping damage. Depending on the amp, this may include removing tubes, pulling the chassis from the cabinet if heavy transformers present a drop risk, or removing heavy speakers that could crack baffles in transit. Reassembly is required on delivery — we label everything clearly. These measures add to shipping costs but reflect hard-won experience. Vintage amplifiers (20 years or older) are sold as-is — all amps are tested in our shop upon intake and again before shipping. We cover shipping damage but cannot be responsible for the failure of vintage components in instruments that are 20 to 50-plus years old.
