The TI-Boost is not a generic boost — it is modeled on the Dallas Rangemaster-style treble booster circuit, which was Iommi's actual tool for hitting his Laney or Marshall amp hard enough to compress and sing. For collectors and players interested in that specific sonic lineage, the Iommi endorsement here is substantive rather than cosmetic. The pedal is no longer in current production, which adds to its appeal for collectors.
