This Keeley Rotary Pedal is in excellent condition and was tested in our shop prior to listing.

 The Keeley Rotary is a Leslie rotary speaker simulator designed to reproduce the classic Doppler effect and harmonic character of a spinning Leslie cabinet. That sound — a swelling, pitch-modulated chorus with distinct fast and slow rotor speeds — was first the product of rotating baffles reflecting sound at varying angles in a large and heavy speaker cabinet.  The Keeley pedal replicates that behavior electronically. The result is a modulation effect with genuine harmonic depth, suited to organ-style textures, guitar, and keys alike.

Robert Keeley's pedals have a consistent reputation for clean circuit design and musical response. The Rotary specifically targets the dual-rotor behavior of a Leslie cabinet, with independent control over the speed transition that makes the effect convincing. The fast/slow switching and ramp-up/ramp-down behavior are central to the design.
