Heritage 2024 Custom Shop H-157 Aged Dark Cherry Sunburst, Mint

This Heritage 2024 Custom Shop H-157 is a gorgeous, factory-aged masterpiece in Dark Cherry Sunburst.  The guitar is in mint condition.

Built at Heritage's Kalamazoo facility under the Custom Shop banner, this H-157 features the combination of specs you'd expect from a serious boutique build: a premium curly maple top over an ultra-light genuine mahogany body, an ebony fretboard with mother of pearl block inlays, a bone nut, and Jescar medium jumbo frets. The '50s C neck profile with a 12" radius and a 24.75" scale length puts it squarely in classic humbucker guitar territory, and the 225 Hot Classic humbuckers are Heritage's own Custom Shop design rather than off-the-shelf pickups.  The weight is a reasonable 8 pounds, 11.5 ounces.

Everything here is original and unaltered — finish, electronics, hardware, wiring, and all associated screws and covers. The neck and body are both mint, the ebony fretboard is mint, and fret condition is excellent with no repairs. Action is a very playable 2/32" on both the first and sixth strings at the 12th fret. Pickup readings come in at 9.51k at the neck and 9.68k at the bridge, consistent with a lightly overwound PAF-style wind. The pickguard grades excellent rather than mint, but is original and shows no notable damage.

Heritage includes a Certificate of Authenticity, hang tags, and original documentation with this guitar. It ships in its original mint Heritage Custom Shop case, which is odor-free.
