Gibson 2015 Memphis ES-335 '63 Wildwood RI Blonde Excellent

This is Gibson Memphis's '63 reissue ES-335 in 'redneck blonde' that was made exclusively for Wildwood Guitars - a sought-after version!  The flame is beautiful, and the guitar weighs just 7 pounds, 11 ounces.  The original case, paperwork and COA are included. Overall condition is excellent throughout.

The Gibson Memphis ES-335 '63 reissue targets the early-sixties configuration before Gibson standardized the stop-tail and transitioned away from the no-wire ABR-1 bridge. The '63 spec is significant for its slimmer, more comfortable neck profile compared to the earlier 50s-style ES-335s, rosewood fingerboard with pearl block inlays, and the no-wire ABR-1. The current pickups are a Sunbear Alnico III at the neck (7.26k) and a Sunbear Alnico IV at the bridge (8.34k) — both in excellent condition. Importantly, the original Gibson pickups are included, so the buyer has the option to restore the factory configuration.

The guitar is in beautifully clean condition and it plays perfectly. Finish is original and in excellent condition. Potentiometers are original. The original pickups are in the case alongside the guitar. The case is original and in excellent condition with no odor. Action is set at 2/32" on both the first and sixth strings at the 12th fret.
