This Les Paul has such a great look with just the right amount of coloration to the clear coat.

The guitar is completely original but for a professional headstock repair and changed knobs.

The patent sticker pickups and full wiring harness are completely intact and unmolested.  A pair of these pickups alone sells for $1500 to $1900.  Tuners, strap buttons, the patent number ABR-1 and lightweight stopbar tailpiece are all original as well.  If you wanted to use this guitar for customization, you could clear most of the cost by selling off these valuable parts. A pair of these pickups alone sells for $1500 to $1900.  I considered it, but the guitar is just too cool the way it is.

The original frets are in better shape than most Gibsons I've seen from the era.  No work is needed.  The truss rod was checked and there is room for adjustment.

The original hardshell case is included.  There is some separation of the edge trim up by the headstock and one latch is damaged.

Overall, this is a killer player's guitar with all the right stuff.
