These recent Gibson Custom Shop guitars are absolutely amazing.  They just feel right, the woods are beautiful, the fit and finish is perfection, and the tone is to die for!  This 60th Anniversary model is no exception.

This 1960 Reissue is the V1 version, meaning that it shares the same specs and neck thickness/profile as the revered 1959s.

The guitar is basically brand new with only light signs of handling.  All the paperwork and tags are in the case.  The only thing keeping the guitar from near mint to mint perfection is that the original owner did remove the pickups and put them back in the guitar.  In the process, this odd individual wrote Gibson in sharpie on the back of the neck pickup, as if they were afraid they were going to forget the pickups belonged to the guitar in the 6 months since they bought it.  The Sharpie could be removed - I left it on there.  The solder work in the cavity is very clean and well done.

The faded burst finish is very tasteful with a nice fade to it, and the top is excellent with an authentic look that isn't trying too hard but is still killing it.

Grab it soon.  These are flying out the door way faster than I can find them!
