Here's a rare one! A custom color '64 Jaguar with special ordered gold hardware.
The guitar is all original with the exception of the missing mute. It comes with a white Fender 60's hardshell case that is likely not original to the guitar but is technically an upgrade as it would sell for more than a black case from the period.
Gold hardware is very rare in this era, and a clay dot neck Jag is always a great find - the LP Blue body and matching headstock make it something special for sure.
Frets appear original and have been leveled. The guitar is playable as is but would benefit from a refret.
This is a great one to grab and stash for the long haul, and it also shows enough wear to go ahead and play it regularly.
This guitar has an A neck - the nut width is 1.5" as opposed to the B width on the Lake Placid Blue Jag we have in stock currently.
