The Fulltone OctaFuzz OF-2 is one of the more faithful and usable takes on the classic octave fuzz circuit — think vintage Tycobrahe/Roger Mayer territory, with a strong fundamental fuzz and a singing upper-octave harmonic that locks in particularly well above the 12th fret. This example is in excellent condition and comes in its original box, which puts it in the upper tier for collectability and resale value among Fulltone's analog pedal lineup.

Mike Fuller built his reputation on meticulous circuit research and hand-wired construction, and the OF-2 reflects that approach. Based on the legendary Octavia-style topology, the OF-2 uses a transformer-based ring modulator to generate the upper octave effect, the same basic architecture that defined Hendrix's lead tone on tracks like 'Purple Haze' and 'One Rainy Wish.' Fulltone's implementation adds a degree of reliability and consistency that vintage originals rarely deliver, making the OF-2 a working player's alternative to the unpredictable vintage market. With Fulltone having ceased operations, these pedals are no longer in production, which adds collector interest to an already well-regarded unit.

The pedal is in near mint condition with original box included.
