SOLD - Fender Stratocaster 1983 Smith Era with Upgrades
$0.00This Sienna Burst Smith era Strat just came in as a trade. It's a great player's guitar!
The pickups were swapped out for a Budz set from 2019, and a new set of CTS pots, orange drop cap and 5 way switch were added as well. The original pickups and pots are included in the case. The original whammy bar is included - something that is hard to find for this guitar!
The change of pickups included two tone pots, where the Smith strat would typically have just one tone. The original output jack exited the pickguard, so an output jack was professionally added to the edge of the body. The pickup cavity was also professionally coated with shielding paint.
The rest of the guitar is original and it comes with a recent, high-quality Fender flight case.
