Fender 1967 Super Reverb Black Panel Serviced, Excellent

No sales tax for US customers outside California.

This Fender 1967 Super Reverb Black Panel Serviced is in excellent condition.  The original speakers and transformers are present, and the amp has been responsibly serviced - it sounds solid and runs quiet.

Like all vintage Fenders that you will find on our site, I went through this one to see if it needed some maintenance.  Another tech had replaced the filter caps, bypass caps, and the bias cap.  Some resistors were updated as well, which is typical for 67 Fenders - the company received a bad batch of resistors in late 1966 or early '67 that cause some noise.  The fix is pretty simple, it is mostly just time consuming.  Anyhow - the amp is fully up to speed now and ready to go another 50 years. The vintage tubes were all tested and everything was cleaned - pots, jacks, and tube sockets.

The four transformers — power, output, choke, and reverb — are all original with codes dating to 1966 to early 1967. The four CTS 10" speakers carry a date code of 2367 (week 23 of 1967) and all four are original with their original cones. An original footswitch is included.

This one is a winner!
