Dobro 1985 Model 66B Squareneck Resonator Sandblasted Birch With Case, Excellent

This 1985 Dobro Model 66B squareneck resonator in sandblasted birch is a classic, purpose-built bluegrass and roots instrument designed for powerful projection, cutting clarity, and authentic Dobro tone. The 66B is well known for its no-nonsense, workhorse character—built to deliver that unmistakable resonator voice that carries in a jam, on stage, or in the studio. This example comes with a case, making it a great, ready-to-play package for players and collectors alike.

This example presents in excellent condition with very little cosmetic wear.  It is clear that it hasn't been plays much at all.  The only visible mark that we had to take a good look at is at the transition from the neck to the headstock.  There is a wrinkle in the finish there that photographs like a crack but it definitely is not.  It is most likely a remnant of the carving of the neck that wasn't fully sanded out before finishing.  

The original hard case is included - a nice one that has a vintage look to it.  In the case is a bar so you can jump right in and start playing.
