We've had the necessary work done to make this 70's Martin really shine.

I knew this guitar needed a neck reset when I picked it up.  Otherwise the guitar is extremely clean with no cracks or repairs.

The neck reset went perfectly, and a new bone saddle was added (the original is in the case).

The frets show almost no wear.  The guitar is crack free and no other repairs were performed prior to the neck reset.

The original case shows some surface wear but is in excellent functional condition.

If you're looking for a Martin from this era, this is the perfect guitar for you.  Its set for years of reliable use and it plays and sound perfect!
