An original Gibson J-40 truss rod cover from 1970s-80s production — very good condition with light wear consistent with age. The correct period replacement for J-40 owners who have lost or damaged their original cover, or for restorers working on a guitar from this production era. Mounting screw holes intact and ready to install.
