This Gibson 1992 Les Paul Studio in wine red is in very good condition. It set up perfectly with low action - see the specs below.

The ebony fretboard is a notable feature of this era's Studio — Gibson used ebony on many Studios from the late 1980s into the early 1990s before switching to rosewood, and it's a detail that distinguishes these earlier examples. Hardware throughout is gold, including the Nashville Tune-O-Matic bridge, stop bar tailpiece, and pickup covers. The pickups are Gibson's 490R and 498T humbuckers, both original, reading 8.05k and 8.33k respectively — the pairing Gibson spec'd for the Les Paul Standard of this period.

Everything here is original: finish, pickguard and screws, neck finish, tuners, nut, wiring, solder joints, pots, control cavity cover, output jack plate, and both pickups. The neck finish shows obvious wear on the back but the fretboard is in excellent shape with no repairs, and frets are very good with no repairs done there either. Action is a low and even 2/32" on both the first and sixth strings at the 12th fret. Two of the four black knobs have an internal crack but are otherwise functional and original. The switch tip, pickguard, and output jack plate show light wear consistent with the overall grade.

The original case is included but is in poor condition with broken hinges. With some work, it could be restored.  Because there is a latch on the back, it securely holds the guitar
