This 2024 Nacho Blackguard Telecaster captures the look, feel, and sound of a 1952 early ’50s-style Telecaster with incredible attention to vintage detail. Built by Nacho Banos, the authority behind The Blackguard Book, this guitar is an exacting recreation of the golden-era Fender Telecasters that shaped the sound of rock, blues, and country.
We simply love getting these Nacho guitars - they're all perfect in their own way. He just nails everything! This one has all the case goodies - the certificate, the thumb drive of studio photos, the letter/spec sheet, etc.
The lightweight ash body is finished in period-correct butterscotch nitrocellulose lacquer, authentically aged to replicate decades of natural wear. The maple neck features the comfortable V profile, rolled edges, and a vintage-spec radius for a broken-in feel right out of the case. Hand-wound pickups deliver the signature Tele twang, snap, and warmth with the dynamic response only found in top-tier boutique builds.
This example is in mint, as-new condition, showing only the intentional relic work from Nacho’s shop. It includes the original case and certificate of authenticity. For collectors, studio players, and tone purists alike, this is a masterbuilt-level instrument offering vintage tone and vibe without the six-figure price tag of an original 1952 Telecaster.
