I picked up this Les Paul Custom on the way to a guitar show last week and displayed it at the show.  I was solo, so I was busier than a termite in a logging mill.  The guitar was really, really funky, dusty - pretty nasty - and I never got around to cleaning it up.  I think that's how it made it home with me and didn't sell at the show.

Back at the shop, our trusty Tim tackled the axe and man, did it ever clean up nicely!

The only changes from original are very superficial.  There's a white pickup switch tip, no biggie.  The tremolo arm came from my parts stash.  It fit perfectly, it is gold as it should be, but the tip is white as well (it should be black).  The knobs are changed as well.  That's it - the rest is stock!

The guitar set up perfectly and can shred like you wouldn't believe.
