The 3-bolt neck plate with the Micro-Tilt adjustment system is the correct specification for Fender Stratocasters, Telecasters, and Jazzmasters produced from 1971 through 1981, when Fender transitioned away from the standard 4-bolt configuration. The serial number stamped on this plate is the primary dating reference for mid-1970s Fender guitars. Original screws included, ready to install. The correct period replacement for any CBS-era Fender instrument using the 3-bolt neck joint.
