About Two-Rock Amplifiers

The company was founded in 1999 in Northern California by Bill Krinard and Joe Mloganoski.  Two-Rock quickly established itself as a premier builder of handcrafted tube amplifiers. With a reputation for delivering dynamic, harmonically rich, highly responsive tones, Two-Rock amps have become a go-to for professionals. Today, under the ownership of Mac Skinner and Eli Lester, the company continues to refine its designs while honoring its roots.

Before signing up with Two-Rock, I went to their shop here in Northern California.  I met Eli at a couple guitar shows where we did some vintage guitar and amp trading prior to my visit, so I gave him a ring to see if I could check their place out. I arrived in time for a staff barbecue and sat with everyone while we ate.  I felt instantly at home!  Their facility is like a family-run operation, and the stations where they hand wire the amps are impeccably clean and organized - just like the inside of a Two-Rock chassis.  I was already into signing up as a dealer, but seeing how they build the amps was really impressive - it sealed the deal.

• Studio Signature – Compact yet powerful, ideal for recording or gigging - the latest generation of Two Rock's single channel, 35 watt amplifiers
• Vintage Deluxe – The newest amp in the Two-Rock family - a single-channel amplifier built on a steel chassis and features all-tube reverb and bias tremolo circuits.
• Bloomfield Drive – Revisits their classic 2-channel platform, featuring many of their new build techniques and upgraded components.  The amp uses a proprietary output transformer that compensates for impedance and phase differences so there is no adverse affect on the tone or feel of the amp when switching power levels.
• Classic Reverb Signature – A flagship model with lush reverb and unmatched touch response.
• TS1 - A nod to the classic overdrive, cascading gain stage amplifier.  Features a full tube buffered effects loop and an overdrive channel that is incredibly touch-sensitive with rich sustain
