Fender 2002 Esquire "Custom" NAMM Model Olympic White Very Good

This Fender 2002 Esquire "Custom" in Olympic White is in very good condition.  We would say the condition is Excellent, but there are a couple big dings on the edge of the guitar - see the pics.

When you use the Fender online serial number search for this guitar the model is called out as a "custom instrument".  The certificate of authenticity says it is a "Custom Esquire", which tells me that this was a custom ordered instrument because it doesn't have binding like an Esquire Custom.  There is a tag in the case from a former seller that says this is a NAMM show model - that I can't confirm.  It is an awesome guitar with a beautiful neck, that I can say! It's loaded with a Fender Nocaster bridge pickup reading 6.87k, a bone nut, and a vintage-style bridge with brass saddles. The U-shaped maple neck with a 9.5" radius and 1.650" nut width.

The finish is original and with some checking present. There's a ding and gouge on the bottom and side of the body, and a small ding on the bottom edge of the neck at the 5th fret — both pictured. Beyond that, everything checks out as original with no repairs. The frets are in excellent shape, and the truss rod has room for future adjustment. Action is a low and even 2/32" on both the 1st and 6th strings at the 12th fret.

The guitar comes in its original G&G tweed case, which is in very good condition with no smell. Accessories included are the bridge cover and a polish cloth.
