Gretsch White Falcon G6136DS 2009 Dynasonic Pickups Near Mint

No sales tax for US customers outside California.

These Made-in-Japan Gretsch guitars never fail to impress.  This one has killer, low action with beautiful fret work, resonates like crazy, and is totally addictive to play.  If you like it, check out the 2013 Black Falcon we got along with it - it is equally clean and fun to play.

The White Falcon debuted in 1954 as Gretsch's flagship showpiece, built to turn heads at trade shows before anyone expected it to sell.  The G6136DS is the DynaSonic-equipped double-cutaway variant, produced from 2006 through 2014 at Gretsch's Terada factory in Japan under FMIC ownership, and well regarded for fit and finish.  The DynaSonics have more articulation and less midrange compression than Filtertron-equipped models.

Construction is laminated maple throughout, correct and original for this model, in a fully hollow 17-inch body 2-7/8 inches deep.  The original white finish shows no cracks, checking, or significant wear, and all hardware and electronics are original.

This guitar is in near mint condition, with no issues to report.  It includes the original Gretsch case, certificate of authenticity, and original tags.
