The Way Huge Aqua-Puss Analog Delay MK III is a modern refinement of one of the most beloved analog delay pedals ever created, delivering warm, musical repeats with straightforward controls and legendary tone. Built for players who want classic slapback, ambient echoes, or thick rhythmic delay without digital sterility, the MK III keeps the spirit of the original Aqua-Puss alive while adding modern reliability and headroom.
Featuring true-bypass switching, up to 600ms of rich analog delay time, and a simple three-knob layout (Delay, Feedback, Blend), this pedal excels at everything from subtle depth to runaway self-oscillation. The repeats are dark, organic, and sit perfectly behind your dry signal—ideal for blues, rock, country, and ambient textures. Unlike earlier versions, the MK III offers extended delay time while retaining the signature Way Huge character.
This pedal is in excellent shape with just a couple small surface scratches.
At Mahar’s Vintage Guitars, every pedal is inspected, tested, and photographed accurately.
We buy, sell, and accept trades on boutique and vintage effects. See our current pedal inventory alongside our Gibson Guitars Collection or Fender Amplifiers Collection, or visit our Sell or Trade Your Gear page if you’re looking to move or upgrade effects.

Notable Players / History
Originally designed by Jeorge Tripps, the Aqua-Puss became a staple for players seeking pure analog delay tone. The MK III continues that legacy with modern durability and expanded functionality.
