It has been quite a while since I've had two pedal steels in the shop, now there are two classics - this Sho Bud and a 1960 Fender.
The Sho Bud is more of a player's piece, with 10 strings and the knee lever. Everything on the steel works great. It comes with the original case. The strings are old, so plan on changing them out. The tuning the last owner used is noted under the steel.
There are no repairs or issues that we can see, though one rubber foot is missing.
None of us are very good at playing these, but we all agree that this thing sounds killer! In the right hands this steel is going to sing!
