I've always found PRS guitars to consistently play great, to somehow stay in tune better than others, and set up easier as well. My old music store sold PRS and this was always the case with the new and used guitars that came through. This is the case with this Custom 22.
2005 was the 20th anniversary of PRS, and all guitars from the year came with the truss rod cover marked "20th". They aren't otherwise physically different than guitars made in 2006, but it did seem that they put some better tops on at least some throughout the year. This guitar is not a 10 top, but it does have better figure than other standard tops we would see when we were getting new guitars back then.
There are no repairs to the guitar and no issues. It has been played some but was well cared for. Pickup rings were swapped out for wood ones, and the originals are not included.
