This is an original Fender pickguard for a Precision bass that would be correct for models from 1959, after the gold anodized 'guards ended, until 1964 when Fender switched to ABS plastic.

4ply T/W/B/W.

Likely shrunken enough to make use of this pickguard challenging.  Sorry, no returns if it does not fit your bass.
