Here's a D-18 from my birth year, looking much more fresh than I...

This D-18 is crack-free and overall is in beautiful cosmetic condition.  Closer inspection reveals that the bridge has been reglued.  There is some visible glue on the endpin side of the bridge.

The pickguard has been replaced.  The original is in the original blue case.

There is one hole where someone added a strap button on the upper shoulder.

Otherwise, there are no repairs or issues with the guitar.  It plays great with medium action.  There is some saddle room left, and the action is nice up to about the 12th fret.  It'll be totally playable for some time without a neck reset.

Frets are original and are in nice shape, as is predictable due to the overall cleanliness of the guitar.
