The Laney L20H Lionheart is a 20-watt, Class A tube head built in the UK during the 2010s, delivering boutique British tone with vintage-inspired styling. 

This hand-built amp uses EL84 power tubes and ECC83 preamp tubes to produce expressive cleans, touch-sensitive breakup, and harmonically rich overdrive. Known for its dynamic response, the L20H is a favorite among players who want Vox-like chime mixed with the warmth and midrange presence of classic Laney circuits.

This example is in excellent condition with original components and no modifications. The blue tolex, metal corners, and cream control panel display Laney’s blend of modern reliability and vintage character.

With separate clean and drive channels, onboard reverb, Hi/Low inputs, and a 20-watt output that thrives in both studio and stage settings, it’s an incredibly versatile head for blues, rock, and indie players.

We test all amps in the shop and even test the individual tubes so you can get rocking right away without having to spend money on new tubes.

The amp is in excellent condition.  The handle covering is disintegrating, something that happens with all of these amps.

Shipping policy:

When you purchase this item you are hereby agreeing to this shipping policy. We remove tubes from amps that could be damaged in shipping.  These cases require the buyer to re-install them on delivery - it is very easy with this amp, and we label them so you know exactly where to put them.  We remove the chassis of amps with heavy transformers and ship them separately as their weight can distort the chassis if the box is dropped in shipping.  We remove heavy speakers from amps as they can crack baffles, especially amps with particle board chassis.  These cases require customers to reassemble amps.  It also costs us more.  The shipping cost is higher as a result.  We do this because we have experienced shipping issues in the past, and this is our prevention measure.  Vintage amps are sold as-is because they can need service intermittently.  Everything is tested here in our shop on the way into our inventory, and again before shipping.  We will cover shipping damage, but we cannot be responsible for the failure of vintage components in 20-to-50-plus year old amps. Shipments will require signature on delivery, no exceptions.  If there is damage, the buyer must retain all packing materials intact and picture them immediately and send them to sales@maharsvintageguitars.com.  Less than 1% of our shipments are damaged in transit, and we are committed to making sure your item arrives safely, but we are taking these additional measures to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
