Re-buttoned Kluson "no-line, single-ring".  Made in this configuration only between 1954 and 1956.  Correct for Gibson guitars from the period, among others, like Les Pauls etc.

The button is an old Uncle Lou's replacement.  The shaft looks bent, and it is a little bit, but it is mostly the button that went on a little crooked.
