Here's a nice looking Guild D25 in Cherry from 1980.  

D25s from the mid 70s had mahogany tops.  The spruce tops on these later models make the guitars more desirable because the just sound better.

This particular example is in nice condition, showing some wear from use, but there are no breaks, repairs, or issues.  

The frets show light wear and are still very full.  The neck set is good and there is room in the truss rod for future adjustment.  The saddle was a little low when the guitar came in, but we were able to replace it with a taller one, which improved the tone.  We also worked on the nut a touch to eliminate string binding that would show itself while tuning the guitar.  It has a new set of strings and is set up and ready to go.

A pickup system was added by a previous owner.  It looks like an LR Baggs IBeam
