Gibson Les Paul R7 2014
A chunky-necked beast!
All original parts and electronics.
A great example that rings acoustically and screams when plugged in!
The guitar is in excellent to near-mint condition with just a couple small impressions in the finish that are visible - one on the back and one on the front. There is a little wear around the top edge of the headstock as well.
The original case has what appears to be discoloration, perhaps from exposure to sunlight? I've never seen this on a case like this - see the pics. It isn't a spill or stain because the stitching isn't affected. This is superficial only.
There are some light and un-impactful markings on the fretboard here and there. I pictured them as best I could as they are light and hard to capture in photographs. I can't see any wear or effect on the frets. I wonder if perhaps someone tried to slightly round the binding edges, but the coloration and feel of the binding is correct. I just had to mention it because I noticed it during my inspection when the guitar came in and I'd rather find/reveal imperfections so everything is on the table.
The commemorative switch cavity cover - the "poker chip" is on the guitar (making it about an ounce or so heavier), and the standard one is not included. None of the original paperwork is included either - just the case and the guitar. This one will be someone's player!
