Gibson acoustics from the 70's are a mixed bag, requiring some work to find a good one. With us as your filter, you can succeed! Some models had more issues than others, like the J45, which had tortoise binding that tends to completely crumble and cause issues with the entire guitar.
This instrument is not only beautiful, it is sound and in excellent condition. Furthermore, it has seen the luthier's bench for some expensive work that makes it a great player.
Frets have been professionally replaced and show little wear. The neck has been reset as well. Work like this can cost over $1000, so there is some equity here!
In addition, the guitar has been well cared for, showing no cracks, major wear or misguided repairs.
The original case is included.
