This 2015 Gibson ES-Les Paul is a unique, semi-hollow interpretation of the classic Les Paul design—combining traditional looks with ES-style resonance and lightweight comfort.

Built by Gibson’s Memphis Custom Shop, this model features a laminated maple and poplar body with a solid center block, delivering the perfect balance between Les Paul punch and ES-335 airiness. Finished in rich nitrocellulose lacquer and paired with a comfortable “C” neck profile, it offers a refined playing experience that merges vintage tone and modern precision.

The dual ’57 Classic humbuckers provide articulate, warm tones with beautiful clarity, easily shifting from smooth jazz and blues to classic rock grit. The MHS circuitry and hand-wired harness give the guitar exceptional dynamics and tonal control.

This example includes an SKB hybrid hard/soft shell case for superior protection and portability. It’s in excellent condition with minimal wear—ready for stage or studio.

The guitar is very near mint - part of a collection of barely-played guitars that we recently purchased from the original owner.

We were able to set it up perfectly with no issues.  The neck is straight and it plays with low action.  There is room in the truss rod for future neck relief adjustments.  The frets show no perceptible wear.  There are no changes, repairs, cracks, or issues.  No original paperwork is included.

The ES-Les Paul was introduced in 2014 by Gibson’s Memphis division as a modern reimagining of two of their most famous designs. It quickly earned praise from players like Joe Bonamassa and Warren Haynes for its versatility, reduced weight, and lively semi-hollow resonance—offering a new dimension to the Les Paul lineage.

There are multiple shipping cost options for purchases made on our site.  Select Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day, or Next Day Air Saver.  For Reverb purchases, there is one cost option for these Eastern states and shipment will be made by UPS three-day-air.  Shipments will require signature on delivery, no exceptions.  If there is damage, the buyer must retain all packing materials intact and picture them immediately and send them to sales@maharsvintageguitars.com.  Less than 1% of our shipments are damaged in transit, and we are committed to making sure your item arrives safely, but we are taking these additional measures to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
