Fender 1997 American Deluxe Stratocaster HSS – USA-Made Modern Classic with Humbucker Versatility

This 1997 Fender American Deluxe Stratocaster HSS combines vintage Strat style with modern performance features and added tonal flexibility.

Made in the USA, it features an alder body, a comfortable modern "C" maple neck with rolled edges, and a versatile HSS pickup configuration with Fender single-coils in the neck and mid positions and a Seymour Duncan humbucker in the bridge.

The result is a guitar capable of classic Strat sparkle and powerful rock-ready drive. This early American Deluxe model is a highly playable and collectible example of late-'90s Fender US made quality.

The guitar is all original and is in excellent condition.  Only the original tremolo arm is missing.  We will add one from our stash.  There are no changes, repairs, or issues.  The truss rod has room for neck relief adjustment if needed for your particular setup.  We did set it up with a set of Ernie Ball 10-46 Slinkys, and it plays perfectly.

Comes with a nice Fender hard case.

Shipping policy:
There are two shipping cost options for purchases made on our site for these states and those to the east of them: Montana, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas.  Select Standard shipping at checkout and your item will be shipped via UPS three-day-air.  Select Economy shipping and your item will ship via UPS ground.  For Reverb purchases, there is one cost option for these Eastern states and shipment will be made by UPS three-day-air.  Shipments will require signature on delivery, no exceptions.  If there is damage, the buyer must retain all packing materials intact and picture them immediately and send them to sales@maharsvintageguitars.com.  Less than 1% of our shipments are damaged in transit, and we are committed to making sure your item arrives safely, but we are taking these additional measures to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
