Many people call this a "Dick Denny" reissue, believing that the Denny, associated with Vox in the 60s, had created the Vox Tone Bender - this being a reissue of the classic Tone Bender circuit.  

Regardless, this is a great sounding and rare 90s reissue pedal that has both the look and sound of the original.
