Here comes a really nice Fender Custom Shop Telecaster that brings us back a handful of months or so when we had them moving through on an express line.  I'm feeling somewhat reflective with this one as well because it is our 400th guitar through the shop since I got the business going again during the depths of COVID.

The great thing about this part of Fender's line is that there really are no duds - at least none that I've found.  This one stands out as a light example at just under 7lbs 5oz with a one piece body.

The Closet Classic series is pretty sweet.  You get the checking and lightly aged finish coloration but not the extensive and sometimes cheesy looking relic wear.  This guitar has a couple natural, honest dings as well.  See pics for details.

The guitar appears to be completely original with a touch up on the wire that connects the output jack to the pots, perhaps the output jack was problematic and was changed out.

I write this in most of our descriptions, but I'll say it again here - we check the truss rods on all our guitars, and each gets a thorough check.  Some setup work is done during the process,  but some customers may need to do some fine tuning to get things exactly where they want.  This guitar set up really well, the frets are in great shape as well.

Included is the original brown case as well as the certificate of authenticity, which the former owner laminated.  The bridge cover is also included.
