I know this one is going to go quickly!  Everyone is upgrading their Teles and this one is already there, a combination of the classic ash Tele and modern hardware engineering improvements.

Emerson pots and their paper in oil capacitor are wired with a four-way switch, replacing the original electronics.  The original control plate and hardness is included, along with a wiring diagram for the Emerson harness.

Porter 9T pickups are currently installed.  Here is their description of the pickups, which we find to be very accurate:

The Porter 9T neck gives you a nice clear and full tone without getting too muddy or too twangy. It will still provide the P90 “push” but remains thick in the mix.

The Porter 9T bridge pickup gives you that huge P90 tone without any extra modifications to your guitar. The 9T bridge is very aggressive, driving your amp harder while still giving you the flexibility of adjusting each pole under each string. The 9T bridge responds well to volume changes and clean up as you roll the knob down. We like to run these pickups at different heights depending on the results and aggressiveness you want.

The Porter 9T Set works particularly well to tame otherwise bright or harsh guitars.  The four-way switch gives you the Tele switching you're used to, plus the two pickups in series, combining the pickup signals in a way where the volume is louder and thicker.  The four way switch sports a cool, vintage switch tip, and the switch is oriented on the opposite side of the control plate as would be standard, mounted on an angle.  This keeps the switch out of your way when playing, avoiding accidental bumps that change your sound unexpectedly.

A Callaham bridge with compensated saddles has replaced the original, vintage style ashtray bridge.

If you ever want to take this guitar a step further with mods, the body is factory routed to allow for a humbucker in the neck, a single coil in the middle and the traditional Tele pickup in the bridge position.

The one mod to the body is the widening of the control cavity area to accommodate the reversed control plate.  See pics.

A light bodied, ash tele is really something that every player and collector can and should have in their stash.
