Telecasters like this often deserve attention.

I traded this one in from a player in Texas at a recent guitar show, a guy who knows a good Tele when he sees one.

The mismatched neck and body come together really well on this one.  The guitar set up very well and plays great.

The neck is a 1980s Squier TL354, made in Japan.  It is common knowledge that this era of Japanese manufacturing produced some fine instruments.  This neck is no exception.  Newer Fender locking tuners have been added.

The body - not sure who made it, but it is light and has a lot of vibe.

The pickups:  The neck pickup is a True Custom Shop Gold Foil pickup with the following specs: Formvar Coated Wire, Alnico 5 Magnets, Exact Vintage Reproduction Nickel-Silver Chrome Finish Cover With Gold Foil, Vintage Style Cloth Push Back Lead Wire.  The bridge pickup is a Porter Vintage.   "Made for the vintage junkies. It features vintage type plain enamel wire in the neck (43AWG) and bridge (42AWG). The neck pickup comes standard with a brushed nickel cover for a vintage look. The bridge features a copper baseplate and is wrapped with black string that we dye ourselves. Set is lightly wax potted. Classic old school tones in both positions, and balanced for a nice middle position sound. Both neck and bridge have AlNico 3 magnets and vintage cloth hookup wire."

The guitar weighs 7lbs 5oz and feels great.  Frets are in excellent condition.  The neck is straight and there is room in the truss rod for future adjustment.

Gig bag included.
