This 1975 Guild D-35 NT came in and directly left for a neck reset, fret level & crown, and a compensated bone saddle.  It now plays like a brand new guitar.  We're asking more than others are for this guitar, but I would be that others for sale out there need work, perhaps an expensive neck reset.

The 25.5" scale and 15.75" lower bout push volume and projection, making this a serious flatpicking and strumming platform. This example is in excellent overall condition with incredible action measured at 2/32" on the treble side and 3/32" on the bass side at the 12th fret. The bone nut is original and intact. The replaced saddle is bone as well, and the original saddle is included.

The rosewood bridge is original and in excellent condition, as is the mahogany bridge plate. Tuners are original, marked inside "Japan 3." The 12" fretboard radius is slightly flatter than vintage Gibson spec, which suits medium and lower action without fretting out on bends. Some documentation came with this guitar in the case: a repair invoice and an uncashed check written to Wayne Charvel for repairs rendered back in the 90s.

Finish is original and graded excellent with dings and honest wear. The original black pickguard is present. The case is period correct and is likely the original one sold with the guitar, though it is not labeled as a Guild case.
