This 2005 Gretsch G6129T Silver Sparkle Jet is a stunning Made-in-Japan example of one of Gretsch’s most visually iconic and tonally distinctive solidbody designs.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again - I love these Made in Japan Gretsch guitars.  They're extremely well built and they play really well without the issues you deal with when you own a vintage Gretsch.  The neck sets are spot on, the fretwork is solid, and the fit and finish is killer.  This guitar is definitely among my current shop favorites.  And just look at it - it's freakin rad!

Tonally, the Jet offers a unique blend of warmth, clarity, and snap. The chambered body construction provides resonance and depth, while the pickups deliver articulate highs, tight low end, and a slightly scooped midrange that gives Gretsch guitars their signature chime and punch. Clean tones are bright and dynamic, perfect for rockabilly, country, and classic rock, while overdriven tones retain clarity and note separation without becoming muddy. The Bigsby vibrato adds expressive capability and enhances the guitar’s vintage-inspired feel and aesthetic.

This particular Jet is in near mint condition with no changes or repairs.  It set up perfectly with little effort.  The neck is straight and the action is low.  There is room in the truss rod for future neck relief adjustments.  There is nearly zero fretwear.  The original case is included.
