Fender Telecaster Mocha Brown 1976 w/ Repro Tweed Case

This 1976 Fender Telecaster in Mocha Brown is a quintessential mid-’70s Fender, combining classic Telecaster simplicity with one of the era’s iconic finishes. 

I'm honestly not all that into 70s Mocha Fender guitars - the color is usually too dark and just kind of bland.  This guitar's finish is lighter, showing off the ash, and it kind of matches the headstock, thanks to the aged factory nitro finish blast Fender applied over the headstock logo.

The guitar is in excellent condition, and it it somehow feels lighter than its approximately 8.5 pounds.  It has a great balance of sustain that you get from a heavier guitar and that Tele twang and resonance we all love.  The frets are original and there's meat left for sure, as you can tell that the guitar has not been played as much as others you'll see. 

The instrument is 100% original with no changes, repairs, or issues.  A recent, tweed hard case is included.

There are multiple shipping cost options for purchases made on our site.  Select Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day, or Next Day Air Saver.  For Reverb purchases, there is one cost option for Eastern states - customers from any state that is more than a 3 day UPS ground shipment from our shop will get their shipment via UPS 3 day air.  Otherwise, ground shipping will be used.  Shipments will require signature on delivery, no exceptions.  If there is damage, the buyer must retain all packing materials intact and picture them immediately and send them to sales@maharsvintageguitars.com.  Less than 1% of our shipments are damaged in transit, and we are committed to making sure your item arrives safely, but we are taking these additional measures to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
