Fender 1995 Concert 2x10 Guitar Amp Rivera Era, Very Good

This Fender 1995 Concert 2x10 in black is in very good condition.  This is a workhorse amp with a bunch of flexibility, great clean tone, and plenty of overdrive.

The Concert is a 60-watt 2x10 combo with onboard reverb, a solid state rectifier and two Sovtek 6L6 power tubes. The preamp tubes are two 12AT7s and five 12AX7s. It has two original Celestion G10S-50 speakers (cone code 2704) that rate very good.  The tubes were all tested before listing so you won't have an additional expense when the amp arrives.

The black tolex, silver sparkle grille, cabinet, baffle and chassis all rate very good and are original, with no repairs or changes. The Schumacher transformers and the potentiometers are original, and a non-original but very cool pedal in very good condition is included. It weighs 59 lbs 6 oz.

The Fender Concert name goes back to the early 1960s, when it was a 40-watt 4x10 combo built until about 1965. In the early 1980s Fender hired Paul Rivera to redesign a number of its amps, and the Concert came back as a 60-watt, two-channel combo with built-in reverb. It added a gain control plus push-pull mid boost and bright controls, and it was offered as a 1x12, 2x10 or 4x10. Like the originals, the Rivera-era Concerts were hand-wired. Fender even brought back a 1x12 Concert briefly in the mid-1990s.
