Oy vey, what a beauty this Gibson ES-5-N is, and that 1959 neck is absolutely out of this world!

This guitar has seen all the changes it would need to see to make it affordable for mortals whilst retaining the feel, playability and original-finish beauty of the real thing.

The finish throughout is original.  There is some overspray on the output jack area, which once took a hit and has been very expertly repaired.  It is more stable now than it likely was prior to the unfortunate break.

A professional refret has been performed.  The frets are very well done and there is two lifetimes or life left on them.

The guitar plays wonderfully and immediately lights up the room when unleashed from the sweet, original case.

The original Grover tuners remain on the headstock that bears the oh-so-cool "stinger" paint job.

The original Bigsby tremolo remains, which is quite a valuable piece in and of itself.

The original pickguard and mount, switch and switchplate remain.

The pickup rings are original.

Pickups are ThroBak Eda Customs, which sell new for $749 per pair.  They are PAF replicas with a little more push.  They sound killer!

The Tune-o-Matic bridge is a Tone Pros replica.

The knobs, pots and output jack are all replacements.

The case is original and looks so cool.
