1959 is regarded as the best year for Gibson guitars, if for no other reason than the fat neck that is a touchstone for countless reissues and copies.

This guitar is incredibly clean, a real beauty that plays wonderfully and sets up just right.  The truss rod was checked and does have room for future adjustment.

The guitar has seen every change - none of which added holes or changes to the structure of the guitar aside from the tailpiece, whish is a very non-invasive playability upgrade.

CTS pots, Duncan Antiquity pickup. changed tuners, knobs, no pickguard, repro truss rod cover and a non-original case.
