Noble Tube Amp "High Fidelity Amplifier" 1961
$1,159.99No Sales Tax For Customers Outside Of California.
This Noble amp hits the spot for those looking for an off-the-radar, small, vintage amp with warm tone that'll perform perfectly in your home music room or in the studio.
Single ended amps like this really shine with great output section saturation. There is one Sylvania 6W6 power tube and a Zenith 5U4 rectifier - both are vintage and are likely original to the amp. The two preamp tubes are contemporary replacements as the originals did not test well - a JJ 12AX7 and a Tung Sol 12AT7.
The vibrato is spectacular!
The screen printing is great - you have a Mike input, an Accordion input and a mis-spelled GULTAR input.
The original Jensen C12R is there and nicely intact. The entire amp is in excellent condition, cosmetically and functionally. We cleaned the pots and tube sockets, the filter caps and a couple electrolytics in the circuit were replaced when the amp arrived, so the amp is ready to go!
