This Hiwatt cabinet was built in the 1980s by Hiwatt UK. As I understand it, this was made by the folks who operated Music Ground in the UK.
We received a mid 70s cabinet along with this one (that cab has been sold), and this one appeared to be constructed almost exactly as the vintage cab. The differences were very minimal - no expense was spared with this newer model's construction!
And the tone of the cab is there as well - these are pretty much the best built cabs on the market and the sound follows suit.
The cab is loaded with Avatar made Fane reissue speakers.
