Fender 1967 Deluxe Reverb Black Panel – 22-Watt AB763 Tube Combo with Spring Reverb & Tremolo

We've got another black panel Deluxe Reverb for you - this one is a 1967 that is in really nice cosmetic condition.  It sounds great too and runs strong and quiet, thanks in part to the service performed on the amp.  The reverb and tremolo work perfectly.

While everyone in the vintage amp market is chasing Princeton Reverbs, I still believe that this is a more perfect amp for most players, especially if you jam with others.  The Deluxe keeps up but still breaks up!  

The filter caps, bypass caps and bias caps all updated.  Several coupling caps were also replaced, likely because the originals were leaky.  A fair quantity of the original resistors were replaced as well, which isn't surprising because there were quite a few funky resistors that made their way in to 1967 Fenders in particular.  All this work represents several hundred dollars worth of work that you would have to do if you either purchase a Deluxe Reverb from a seller who doesn't have an amp guy or find one out there in the wild.

The speaker is a 1978 CTS, Fender labeled speaker, likely from a later Deluxe.  The tube chart is rough around the edges, with the date stamp still in place.  

The original transformers all date to mid 1966.  

The original footswitch is included.  A grounded power cable was installed as well.

When you purchase this item you are hereby agreeing to this shipping policy. We remove tubes from amps that could be damaged in shipping, requiring the buyer to do some assembly on delivery.  We do this because we have experienced shipping issues in the past, and this is our prevention measure.  Vintage amps are sold as-is because they can need service intermittently.  Everything is tested here in our shop on the way into our inventory, and again before shipping.  We will cover shipping damage, but we cannot be responsible for the failure of vintage components in 20-to-50-plus year old amps. Shipments will require signature on delivery, no exceptions.  If there is damage, the buyer must retain all packing materials intact and picture them immediately and send them to sales@maharsvintageguitars.com.  Less than 1% of our shipments are damaged in transit, and we are committed to making sure your item arrives safely, but we are taking these additional measures to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
