Re-buttoned Kluson "no-line, single-ring". Made in this configuration only between 1954 and 1956. The part is in good condition with visible tarnish and wear consistent with age, fully functional. The single ring no line designation is the correct specification for Gibson instruments from the 1954-1956 production window, including the Les Paul Standard, ES series, and other Gibson models from these years. A useful replacement for a missing or damaged individual tuner on a guitar where the remaining five are original — the single ring no line spec is the correct match for mid-1950s Klusons. Tarnish is cosmetic and consistent with the age of the piece.
The button is an old Uncle Lou's replacement.
